1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and use of WordPress plugins offered by Firma Marcin Narowski ("Seller", "we", "us") through the website sakurato.tech and the Freemius platform.
These Terms comply with applicable law, including the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the Act on Electronic Service Provision of 18 July 2002, EU Directive 2019/770 on digital content and services, and the GDPR.
By downloading or purchasing the plugin, the Customer accepts these Terms.
2. Definitions
- Customer — any individual or legal entity downloading or purchasing the plugin.
- Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person acting outside their trade, business, or profession.
- Free Plugin — the free version of Sakurato Crypto Portfolio Tracker available on WordPress.org.
- Premium Plugin — the paid version of the plugin available through Freemius after purchasing a license.
- Freemius — the software licensing platform (Freemius Inc., USA) handling sales and activation of the Premium Plugin.
- Digital Content — the plugin software delivered electronically as a ZIP file.
3. Products and Pricing

All prices are gross prices in US dollars (USD). Local taxes may be applied by Freemius in accordance with the Customer's jurisdiction.
4. Contract Formation and Delivery
Free Plugin: By downloading the plugin from WordPress.org or sakurato.tech, the Customer enters into a free license agreement. Delivery is immediate.
Premium Plugin: The sales contract is concluded when Freemius confirms payment. The Customer receives a confirmation email with a license key enabling Premium features. Delivery occurs immediately after payment is processed, electronically.
5. Right of Withdrawal — Important Notice for EU Consumers
Digital content delivered immediately: Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the Consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By clicking "Buy Now" and confirming the purchase in the Freemius checkout, the Consumer expressly consents to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.
This limitation does not apply where the purchased product does not conform to the contract (see: Complaints section).
6. Refund Policy
Despite the above limitation on the statutory right of withdrawal, the Seller offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. Within this period, Customers may request a full refund without giving any reason by contacting dev@sakurato.tech or through the Freemius support system.
Refunds are processed by Freemius to the original payment method within 10 business days.
7. Complaints (Non-Conformity)
The Customer has the right to file a complaint if the Premium Plugin does not conform to the contract — i.e., does not function as described, contains defects preventing use, or lacks features listed in the offer.
To file a complaint, contact us at:
- Email: dev@sakurato.tech
- Include: purchase email address, description of the issue, plugin version, WordPress version, and steps to reproduce the problem.
The Seller will respond within 14 business days and inform the Customer of the resolution. The Seller will endeavour to remedy non-conformity by providing an updated version of the plugin.
8. License Renewal
The Premium license is an annual subscription renewed automatically by Freemius, unless cancelled by the Customer. The Customer will be notified by Freemius of the upcoming renewal at least 7 days in advance. Cancellation can be made at any time via the Freemius Customer Portal or by contacting Freemius Support.
9. Limitation of Liability
The plugin is auxiliary software for displaying cryptocurrency portfolio data. The Seller is not liable for:
- investment decisions made based on data displayed by the plugin;
- the accuracy of price data provided by the CoinGecko API;
- interruptions in the CoinGecko or Freemius services;
- data loss resulting from the Customer's actions or omissions (e.g. lack of WordPress backups);
- incompatibility of the plugin with hosting environments that do not meet the minimum technical requirements.
10. Technical Requirements
- WordPress 5.8 or later
- PHP 7.4 or later (PHP 8.1+ recommended)
- MySQL 5.6+ or MariaDB 10.4+
- Active internet connection (to fetch prices from CoinGecko)
11. License and Intellectual Property
The plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPL) or later, as required by WordPress.org. The GPL license permits use, copying, modification, and distribution of the software under the terms of the license. The "Sakurato" brand name and logo remain the property of Firma Marcin Narowski and are not covered by the GPL license.
12. Dispute Resolution
The parties will attempt to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms amicably. In the absence of an agreement, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court competent for the Seller's registered seat, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise (particularly for Consumers).
EU Consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Governing Law and Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law. For matters not covered herein, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, and applicable EU law shall apply.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Customers will be informed of changes via an updated date at the top of this document. Orders placed before any amendment are fulfilled under the previous terms.
