End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and Firma Marcin Narowski ("Licensor") regarding your use of the WordPress plugin Sakurato Crypto Portfolio Tracker (the "Plugin").
1. Definitions
- Plugin — the Sakurato Crypto Portfolio Tracker software, in both Free and Premium versions, including all updates and associated documentation.
- Free Version — the no-cost version of the Plugin available on WordPress.org.
- Premium Version — the paid version of the Plugin available through the Freemius platform upon purchasing a license.
- License — the right to use the Plugin under the terms set out in this EULA.
- Site — a single WordPress installation on which the Plugin is installed.
2. License Grant — Free Version
The Free Version of the Plugin is made available under the terms of the GNU General Public License version 2 or later (GPL v2+), as required by the WordPress.org ecosystem. The GPL grants you the right to:
- use the Plugin on an unlimited number of Sites;
- copy and distribute the Plugin;
- modify the Plugin's source code;
- distribute modified versions under GPL terms.

3. License Grant — Premium Version
Upon purchase, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Premium Version of the Plugin according to your purchased plan:

The Premium License includes:
- the right to use the Premium Version on the number of Sites covered by your plan;
- access to updates for the duration of your active subscription;
- access to priority email support for the duration of your active subscription.
4. Premium License Restrictions
When using the Premium Version, you may not:
- share your license key with third parties or install the Premium Version on more Sites than permitted by your plan;
- resell or sublicense the Premium Version without the Licensor's written consent;
- remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices in the Plugin's code;
- use the Plugin in any way that violates applicable law.
5. Brand and Trademark Rights
Independently of the GPL license terms, the name "Sakurato", "Sakurato.tech", and associated logos are the intellectual property of Firma Marcin Narowski and are not covered by the GPL license.
Without the Licensor's written consent, you may not:
- use the name "Sakurato" in the name of your own products, services, or companies;
- distribute modified versions of the Plugin under the name "Sakurato" or confusingly similar names;
- imply that a modified version of the Plugin is an official Licensor product.
6. Updates and Technical Support
Free Version updates are published to the WordPress.org repository. Premium Version users receive updates through the Freemius platform for the duration of their active subscription.
The Licensor is not obligated to deliver any specific update or feature, but aims to maintain compatibility with current WordPress and PHP releases.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Plugin is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors. Price data retrieved from the CoinGecko API is provided by a third party, and its accuracy is not guaranteed by the Licensor.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor's total liability under this EULA is limited to the amount paid by the Licensee for the License in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Licensor is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or losses arising from investment decisions made on the basis of data displayed by the Plugin.
9. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. The License terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination of a Premium License, you must deactivate the license key on all Sites. The GPL terms governing the Free Version remain in force independently of any termination of the Premium License.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Licensor's registered seat, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
