2. License Grant

2.1 Free (Basic) Version

  • Licensed under GPL-2.0+ (GNU General Public License)
  • You may use, modify, and distribute the free version under GPL terms
  • Source code is available on WordPress.org and GitHub

2.2 Premium Version

  • Premium features require a valid license key
  • License is per-site (one license = one WordPress installation)
  • You may NOT redistribute premium add-ons or license keys
  • License includes 1 year of updates and support
  • After 1 year, the plugin continues to work, but updates/support require renewal

3. Usage Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute premium plugins or license keys
  • Remove copyright notices or branding from the plugin
  • Use the plugin for illegal purposes
  • Reverse-engineer premium features to circumvent licensing
  • Use the plugin in a way that violates WordPress.org guidelines

4. Refund Policy

  • 14-day money-back guarantee for premium purchases
  • Refunds are available if the plugin does not work as advertised
  • No refunds after 14 days or if license has been used extensively

7. Limitation of Liability

We are NOT liable for:

  • Data loss or corruption
  • Lost profits or business interruption
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damages resulting from third-party services (hosting, payment processors)

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the premium license.

8. Data and Privacy

  • Plugin data is stored locally in YOUR WordPress database
  • We do NOT have access to your customer data or offers
  • Public links track basic analytics (views, IP addresses) – see Privacy Policy

9. Termination

We may terminate your license if:

  • You violate these Terms of Use
  • You engage in fraudulent activity

Upon termination:

  • Your license key will be deactivated
  • You must stop using premium features
  • No refund will be issued for terminated licenses

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the plugin constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland (if you’re in Poland) or your country of residence.

Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poznań/Poland.
