Managing Your Quotes

View All Saved Quotes

  1. Go to Quotes → All Quotes
  2. You’ll see a table with:
    • Title: Offer title (customer name + ID)
    • Date: Creation date
    • Public Link: 🔗 button to open/copy link
    • Views: 👁️ View count (how many times client opened the link)
    • Status: 🟢 Accepted / 🟠 Pending / 🔴 Declined
    • Client: Client name and acceptance details

Load Existing Offer for Editing

  1. Go to Quotes → Create Quote
  2. Click 📂 Load button (top toolbar)
  3. Select offer from dropdown list
  4. Offer data populates the form
  5. Make changes and click 💾 Save to update

Duplicate an Offer

  1. Load an existing offer
  2. Make changes (e.g., different customer, prices)
  3. Click 💾 Save
  4. A new offer is created (original stays unchanged)

Can I customize the PDF design?

Basic: You can customize colors, logos, and all text content. The layout is fixed to the Default template.

Premium: You can choose from 6 professional templates with different color schemes and layouts.

Can I use this for invoices?

QuotePro Manager is designed for quotes and offers (pre-sale documents). For invoices, we recommend dedicated invoicing plugins that handle payment processing and accounting.

Is this GDPR compliant?

Yes. All data is stored in your WordPress database. Public links track only basic info (views, acceptance). No data is sent to external servers.

Can I translate the plugin?

Yes! QuotePro Manager is fully translation-ready with .pot files. It includes Polish and German translations, and you can add your own using Poedit or Loco Translate plugin.
