Comment Field (Premium Only)
Purpose: Allows clients to add notes, special requests, or questions during acceptance
Characteristics:
- Optional: Not required, clients can leave blank
- Max length: 500 characters
- Multiline: Textarea with 4 rows
- Placeholder text: “You can add a comment or special request here…”
- Character counter: Shows remaining characters as client types
