Overview
The Company Data tab stores your business information that appears on all PDF offers. This data is automatically included in the company header of every offer document you create.
Key Purpose:
- One-time setup – Enter your company details once, use everywhere
- Professional branding – Ensures consistent company information across all offers
- Client notifications – Controls where acceptance emails are sent

Company Logos (Light & Dark)
The plugin supports two logo versions for optimal display across different PDF template backgrounds:

👉 Why Two Logos?
- Dark template backgrounds need light logos for visibility
- Light template backgrounds need dark logos for contrast
- Ensures professional appearance regardless of template choice
📌 Upload Process:
- Click “Choose Light Logo” or “Choose Dark Logo”
- WordPress Media Library opens
- Upload or select your logo image
- Click “Select”
- Logo preview appears immediately
✨ Best Practices:
- Recommended size: 300-600px width
- File format: PNG (for transparency) or JPG
- File size: Under 500KB for fast loading
- Aspect ratio: Maintain original proportions (no stretching)
How Company Data Appears in PDFs
When you save Company Data settings, this information automatically populates the company header in all offer PDFs:

- All PDF templates (Modern, Classic, Minimalist, etc.)
- Public offer links for clients
- Printable versions
Common Questions
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Do I need to upload both logos? | No, but recommended. If you only upload one logo, it will be used for all templates (may have poor contrast on some backgrounds). |
| Can I change company data later? | Yes! Changes apply to all new offers. Existing offers retain the company data from when they were created. |
| What if I don’t have a VAT number? | Leave it empty. The VAT field is optional and won’t appear in PDFs if blank. |
| Can I use a different email for notifications? | Yes, use the Notification Email field. This is where client acceptance emails are sent (separate from your public contact email). |
| Do I need to fill the Website field? | Optional. If provided, it appears in the PDF footer. Useful for clients to find more information about your business. |
Save Changes
After filling in your company data:
- Scroll to bottom of page
- Click “Save Changes” button
- Confirmation message appears: “Settings saved.”
- Your company data is now ready to use in all offers
