Premium-only feature – Clients can download a PDF copy of the accepted offer

How It Works

After acceptance, the green acceptance box displays:

Client clicks “Download PDF”:

1. Button shows loading state: “⏳ Generating PDF…”
2. Browser print dialog opens
3. Client can:
   • Save as PDF (recommended)
   • Print directly
   • Cancel

PDF includes:

• Complete offer content (same as public page)
• All pricing, technical sections, images
• Acceptance confirmation badge at bottom
• Professional formatting with your branding
• Selected template design (if Premium templates used)

Technical details:

• Uses browser’s native print-to-PDF function
• No server-side PDF generation (fast, efficient)
• Respects @media print CSS rules
• Optimized layout for A4/Letter paper

Basic Version Limitation

Basic users see:

• ❌ No Download PDF button after acceptance
• ⚠️ Acceptance box only shows confirmation text
• 💡 Upgrade message: “Premium users can download PDF”

Workaround for Basic users:

• Client can use browser Print function (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P)
• Select “Save as PDF” from print dialog
• Results in same PDF, just requires extra step
