Email includes:

Configuring Notification Email

Go to: Quotes → Company Data

Find: “Notification Email” field

Options:

  1. Leave empty → Uses WordPress admin email (default)
  2. Enter specific email → Notifications sent to this address
  3. Use shared mailbox → E.g., sales@yourcompany.com, quotes@yourcompany.com

Best practices:

  • Use team email for shared visibility
  • Set up email forwarding to multiple people
