Default Validity Period

Links are valid for: 30 days from generation

Displayed in link panel:

Valid for: 30 days (expires: December 26, 2025)

What Happens When Link Expires

Client experience:

1. Client clicks expired link
2. Error page displayed:

   Link Expired
   
   This link has expired. Please contact the company 
   for a new link.

3. HTTP Status: 410 Gone

Your experience:

• Offer remains in database (not deleted)
• You can regenerate a new link anytime
• All offer data preserved

Regenerating Expired Links

From Quote Editor

1. Load the expired offer
2. Click 🔗 Generate Client Link again
3. New token created automatically
4. Old token invalidated (no longer works)
5. Share new link with client
