How Public Links Work

Public links allow you to share your quotes with clients without requiring them to log in to your WordPress site. Here’s how the system works:

The Flow

1. Create offer in QuotePro
2. Save offer to WordPress
3. Generate public link
4. Share link with client (copy/paste or email)
5. Client opens link in browser
6. System tracks view automatically
7. Client can accept offer online
8. You receive email notification

URL Structure

Format: yoursite.com/offer/{TOKEN}/

Example: https://yoursite.com/offer/a1B2c3D4e5F6g7H8/

Token specifications:

• Length: 16 characters
• Character set: Alphanumeric (A-Z, a-z, 0-9)
• Uniqueness: Cryptographically random, verified unique in database
• Security: Virtually impossible to guess (62^16 combinations)
