Productivity Tips

1. Rapid Item Entry:

• Fill Description → Press Tab
• Fill Qty → Press Tab
• Fill Net Price → Press Tab
• Press Enter → New row added automatically

2. Quick Navigation:

• Click section checkboxes to show/hide sections
• Use tab headers to switch between Management/Data/Customer
• Collapse unused technical sections to reduce clutter

3. Live Preview:

• Right panel updates as you type
• See exactly what client will receive
• No need to print – just check preview

4. Autosave Awareness:

• QuotePro doesn’t auto-save – manual save required
• Status indicator shows unsaved changes warning
• “💾 Save” button is your friend – click often!

Common Workflows

Create similar offers quickly:

1. Load existing offer
2. Click Duplicate button
3. Change customer info
4. Adjust prices
5. Save as new offer

Seasonal pricing updates:

1. Load template
2. Update prices in items table
3. Save as template (overwrites old)
4. Future offers use new pricing

Hide sections dynamically:

1. Create full offer with all sections
2. Uncheck sections you don’t want for this client
3. Save offer
4. Next time: Check sections back for different client

Troubleshooting

“Cannot save – limit reached”

Problem: Basic version limit (10 offers) reached

Solution:

• Delete old offers you no longer need
• Upgrade to Premium for unlimited offers
• Export important offers to PDF before deleting

“Images not loading in Media Library”

Problem: WordPress Media Library not initialized

Solution:

• Refresh page (F5)
• Check browser console for JavaScript errors
• Fallback: Use drag & drop instead

“Section visibility not working”

Problem: Checkbox changes don’t reflect in preview

Solution:

• Scroll right panel – section may be further down
• Check if section has content – empty sections don’t show
• Refresh preview by toggling checkbox off/on

“Pricing totals incorrect”

Problem: Calculations seem wrong

Solution:

• Check VAT percentage in Offer Data tab
• Verify Net Price entries (decimals vs integers)
• Recalculate: Click in any field, press Tab

“Template not loading”

Problem: Template load doesn’t populate fields

Solution:

• Check if template exists in dropdown
• Try saving template again
• Clear browser cache and reload page
