Pricing & Items

Location: Price Items section in left panel

Items Table

Table columns:

1. 📦 Description – Product/service name
2. 🔢 Qty – Quantity (number of units)
3. 💵 Net Price – Price per unit (before VAT)
4. ❌ – Delete row button

Calculated columns (read-only):

• VAT Amount – Net × Quantity × VAT%
• Gross Price – Net + VAT

Example row:

Description: "Wooden staircase with railing"
Qty: 1
Net Price: 5000.00 €
VAT (19%): 950.00 €
Gross: 5,950.00 €

Adding Items

Method 1: Add Item button

1. Click ➕ Add item button
2. New empty row appears at bottom of table
3. Focus moves to Description field
4. Fill in: Description → Qty → Net Price

Method 2: Duplicate last row (quick entry)

• Not implemented – use Add Item button

Editing Items

Description field:

• Text input – any text allowed
• Example: "Premium oak staircase with stainless steel railing"
• Best practice: Be specific and descriptive
• Character limit: 500 chars (soft limit)

Quantity field:

• Number input – integers only
• Default: 1
• Range: 1-9999
• Decimals: Not supported (use Net Price for per-unit pricing)
• Example: 2 (for 2 units)

Net Price field:

• Number input – supports decimals
• Format: 0.00 (2 decimal places)
• Example: 5000.00, 150.50
• Calculations:
  • Line Total = Qty × Net Price
  • VAT = Line Total × VAT%
  • Gross = Line Total + VAT

Auto-calculation:

• Real-time updates as you type
• Updates totals at bottom of table
• Currency symbol from Offer Data tab

Deleting Items

1. Click ❌ button on the right of any row
2. No confirmation – removes immediately
3. Totals recalculate automatically
4. Last row cannot be deleted – table needs at least one row

Clear All Items

1. Click 🗑️ Clear all button (bottom of table)
2. Confirms: “Are you sure you want to clear all items?”
3. All rows deleted
4. One empty row remains

Totals Summary

Bottom of table shows:

• Sum Net: Total of all (Net × Qty)
• Sum VAT: Total VAT amount
• Sum Gross: Final total (Net + VAT)

Format:

TOTAL        27,100.00 €   5,149.00 €   32,249.00 €
           (Net)         (VAT 19%)     (Gross)

Items counter badge:

• Shows: "📊 NUMBER OF ITEMS IN OFFER: 3"
• Updates live as you add/remove items
• Animation when count changes (scales up/down)
