Working with Images

Location: Image Gallery section in left panel

Adding Images

Method 1: WordPress Media Library (Recommended)

1. Click ➕ Add image button
2. Media Library opens (WordPress modal)
3. Select images – can select multiple at once
4. Click “Use selected images”
5. Images appear in your gallery instantly

Method 2: Drag & Drop

1. Open file browser on your computer
2. Drag image files into the images list area
3. Drop when you see the purple highlight
4. Images are added automatically

Method 3: File Input (Fallback)

• If Media Library unavailable
• Hidden <input type="file"> as backup
• Not recommended – use Media Library instead

Image Limits

Basic Version:

• Maximum: 4 photos per offer
• Upgrade notice shown when trying to add 5th photo
• Error: “Basic version: maximum 4 photos per offer. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited photos.”

Premium Version:

• Unlimited photos
• Add as many as needed for complete presentation

Image Management

Each image card shows:

• Thumbnail preview (150x150px)
• Filename (e.g., "product-1.png")
• Caption input (optional)
• 🗑️ Remove button

Image Caption:

• Purpose: Description shown below image in PDF
• Example: "Front view of wooden staircase"
• Optional: Leave blank for no caption
• Live preview: Updates immediately in right panel

Remove Image:

1. Click 🗑️ Remove button on image card
2. No confirmation – removes immediately
3. Other images maintain their order

Reorder Images (Drag & Drop):

1. Click and hold on any image card
2. Drag it up or down in the list
3. Other images automatically reposition
4. Release to finalize new order
5. Preview updates immediately
6. Order is saved with the offer

Gallery Layout Options

Gallery Layout (dropdown):

• Single (1 column) – Default, one image per row
• 2 columns – Two images side by side
• Grid 2×2 (Premium) – Four images in square grid
• Grid 3×3 (Premium) – Nine images in grid
• Masonry (Premium) – Pinterest-style layout

Image Size (dropdown):

• Small (60mm) – Compact thumbnails
• Medium (100mm) – Default, balanced size
• Large (150mm) – Big showcase images

⚙️ How it works:

1. Select layout from dropdown
2. Select size from dropdown
3. Preview updates in real-time
4. Settings saved with the offer
5. PDF reflects your chosen layout

Basic users:

• Only “Single” and “2 columns” available
• Advanced layouts locked with 🔒 icon
• Upgrade notice: “Upgrade to Premium for advanced gallery layouts”
