Offer Data Tab

Purpose: Metadata, templates, and offer document settings

Section: Templates (Premium)

Template selector:

• Premium only: Save and load offer templates
• Template contains:
  • Technical sections (titles + content)
  • Default items (pricing table)
  • Default payment/delivery/warranty terms
  • Image layout preferences
• Basic users: See upgrade notice instead

Load Template:

1. Select template from dropdown
2. Click Load button
3. ⚠️ Confirms first if you have unsaved changes
4. All fields populate from template

Save Template:

1. Fill out offer as you want it
2. Enter template name (e.g., “Standard Staircase Offer”)
3. Click Save as template
4. Template appears in dropdown for future use

Delete Template:

1. Select template from dropdown
2. Click Delete button
3. Confirms deletion
4. Template removed permanently

Section: Offer Details

Date:

• Format: DD.MM.YYYY (European format)
• Default: Today’s date (auto-filled when creating new offer)
• Date picker: Click field to select from calendar
• Shows in PDF: Top right of offer document

Offer No.:

• Auto-generated format:OF/{YY}{MM}{DD}-{SEQ}
  • Example: OF/251126-01 (offer #1 from November 26, 2025)
• Sequence counter: Stored in browser localStorage
• Each new offer automatically increments sequence
• You can edit: Type any custom number if needed
• Shows in PDF: Top right, next to date

Currency:

• Default options:
  • € (EUR)
  • $ (USD)
  • £ (GBP)
  • PLN
  • Custom (type your own)
• Custom currency:
  1. Select “Custom” from dropdown
  2. Input field appears
  3. Type currency symbol or code (e.g., CHF, ¥, ₹)
  4. Updates immediately in preview
• Applied to: All pricing sections and totals

VAT Rate:

• Default: 19%
• Common values: 0%, 19%, 23% (depends on your country)
• Custom: Type any percentage (e.g., 13.5%)
• Calculated automatically in pricing table:
  • VAT Amount = Net Price × VAT%
  • Gross Price = Net + VAT
